A Germs Burn is when you take a lit cigarette and burn the inside of your wrist with it. It creates a round burn mark. Exene Cervenka, the lead singer of "X" has a Germs Burn. I dont. At least not on the inside of my wrist. My Germs Burn is on the outside of my forearm. It is about an inch long. That was Twenty Five years ago. The scar is still there.
Moral: Dont play chicken with lit cigarettes.
