I can sum this one up quick. George Bush was on drugs tonight. It was so obvious that I'm sure I wont be the only one who noticed it. Maybe coke, but definitely something. He was high. No doubt about it.
EDIT: Here'a a link to an article which made the same observation in the second debate. Personally, I didn't notice it in the second debate, but it was obvious in the third debate.
